Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellation terms for products offered through special purchase options, including made-to-order items.
MATERIA PUERA (Puera Matter) does not currently offer automatically renewing subscriptions or recurring-payment purchase plans.
In-Stock Items
In-stock items are purchased at the full price shown at checkout.
If you wish to cancel an in-stock order before it has shipped, please contact amina@pueramatter.co as soon as possible with your order number.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
Once an order has shipped, any return or refund will be governed by our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order items are produced after an order is placed. The full purchase price is charged at checkout, and the estimated production or fulfillment timeframe will be disclosed on the applicable product page.
If you wish to cancel a made-to-order purchase, please contact amina@pueramatter.co as soon as possible.
If production has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Once production has begun, we may be unable to cancel the order before fulfillment. This does not limit any statutory return, withdrawal, defect, or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
A standard product is not considered personalized merely because it is manufactured after an order is placed.
No Additional or Recurring Charges
Unless expressly disclosed before checkout, completing a purchase authorizes only the full purchase price displayed for that order, together with any applicable shipping charges and taxes.
There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges associated with these purchases.
European Union Consumers
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union.
EU consumers purchasing online generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions. A product does not lose that right merely because it was manufactured after the order was placed; different rules may apply to goods made specifically to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalized.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misdescribed Items
Cancellation restrictions do not remove any rights relating to goods that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from their description.
